Final Exam Preview Activity
1.) Summarize what you watched and read about - let's say 2-3 paragraphs of 3-4 sentences
Before making your movie, import the videos or images and then organize them into a folder so they're all together. You can also edit the videos if they are shaky and enhance them to make sure they are at the best quality. Once you have edited the videos and organized them, you can select a theme, name, and insert your videos in the order that you want to. In between each video or picture, you can put a transition. You can also select how long you want each picture to play for.
With videos, you can choose to edit it in many ways, like trimming it and turning the sound off on it or splitting the video and using them in different places. You can also move clips in between two other videos or to the end of everything. You then can choose to add music in the background or even a voiceover. Th videos in the background can have their volume lower or higher so you can either hear it over the music or not.
2.) Tell me one thing that you already knew about iMovie that the website explained. I already knew that you could split videos and use the two parts in different places and space them out.
3.) Tell me one thing that you learned new today that you didn’t know before. I didn't know that if your video that you took is shaky, that you can edit that and make it not shaky.
4.) What are you concerned about with this final project? I'm scared of the deadline because I tend to procrastinate but I am going to work hard.
5.) What are you confident you can complete early and have ready to use?
I think that I can start capturing the pictures asap because I already know what I want to do and I have all of the resources at home.
6.) If I asked you today, what do you think you will do for your video?
I think that I would either do a time-lapse of my family and I setting the table for dinner, eating and then cleaning up or tell the story of what my dog does with her day.
